Greeley Ride Service™ is an informational and coordination support service. We help individuals understand local transportation programs, eligibility requirements, and next steps.
Greeley Ride Service does NOT provide transportation and is NOT a transportation provider, carrier, dispatcher, or broker.
All transportation services are provided by independent, third-party transportation providers contracted by the City or other local agencies.
NO TRANSPORTATION PROVIDED
- Greeley Ride Service does not provide rides or operate vehicles.
- Greeley Ride Service does not guarantee transportation.
- Submitting a request does not ensure that a ride will be provided.
- Ride availability depends entirely on third-party transportation providers and applicable program requirements.
NO CONTROL OVER TRANSPORTATION SERVICES
Greeley Ride Service does not control:
- Ride availability
- Scheduling or dispatch
- Pricing or fees
- Driver assignment
- Vehicle condition
- Service fulfillment
All transportation decisions and operations are handled solely by third-party transportation providers.
COORDINATION AND COMMUNICATION ROLE ONLY
Our role is limited to:
- Providing general information about transportation programs
- Helping explain eligibility and required steps
- Supporting communication related to ride requests
- Assisting with coordination of information between users and appropriate programs
We do not make transportation decisions or commitments on behalf of any provider.
USER RESPONSIBILITIES
You agree to:

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
